Keto Cheesecake Bites

These Keto Cheesecake Bites are going to rock your world. They’re no-bake, and dipped in sugar-free chocolate for an extra special treat. Only 2.9g net carbs per serving!

 INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Pecan or almond flour • Powdered Swerve     Sweetener • Cream cheese • Vanilla extract • Heavy whipping cream  • Sugar-free dark     chocolate • Cocoa butter • Salt • Butter

Combine pecan flour, sweetener and salt. Stir in  melted butter.  Press mixture into silicone mini muffin liners and press firmly.

Beat the cream  cheese until  smooth then add sweetener and  vanilla and  combine. Beat in  heavy cream until mixture is smooth and creamy.

Spoon 1 TBS of filling over  each crust and  press down to  fill the whole  cup. Place in the freezer until solid. Once frozen, remove the cupcake liners.

In a double boiler, melt the  chocolate and  cocoa butter together until  smooth. Remove from heat.

Dip one cheese- cake bite at a time into the chocolate. Lift out and tap the fork on the side of the bowl a few times to remove the excess chocolate.
