Keto Chicken Wings

You can’t beat these crispy keto chicken wings dripping with garlic parmesan sauce. They are the ultimate low carb finger food!

• Chicken wings • Baking powder • Paprika • Black pepper • Cayenne • Butter • Garlic • Parsley • Parmesan

Coat the wings with baking powder then place on a greased baking sheet.

In a spice jar, combine the paprika, black pepper, and cayenne. Season both sides of the wings.

Bake 30 minutes, flip wings over and increase  heat to 425ºF and bake 15 minutes. Flip wings again and bake 10 minutes.

Melt the butter in a microwaveable safe bowl or in a saucepan. Whisk in the garlic and parsley.

Pour the butter mixture over the chicken wings.

Sprinkle with parmesan and toss well to coat.
