Keto Ginger Molasses Cookies

• Almond flour • Grassfed gelatin • Ground ginger • Ground cinnamon • Baking soda • Ground cloves • Butter • Almond butter • Swerve Brown • Eggs • Molasses • Vanilla extract

Whisk together almond flour,  gelatin, ginger,  cinnamon,  baking soda and cloves.

In a large bowl, beat butter, almond butter and sweetener until smooth.  Mix in eggs, molasses, and vanilla. Add flour mix and beat until dough forms.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls and  place on  prepared baking sheet a few inches apart.

Bake 5 minutes, then remove from oven and press down a bit. Return to oven  bake another 7 minutes, until just barely golden brown
