Learn how to make the best keto gravy with this rich and delicious recipe. And less than 1g net carbs per serving!

• Butter • Turkey or chicken     neck and giblets  • Onion  • Celery  • Salt and pepper • Thyme or sage  • Chicken broth • Glucomannan

In a large saucepan melt the butter. Add the neck, giblets, onion, celery, salt, pepper, and any additional herbs. Sauté until nicely browned.

Add the broth, bring to boil then simmer 30 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove neck and giblets.

When turkey is done cooking, transfer to a platter. Pour pan juices and drippings into the stock. Spoon off excess fat from the top.

Bring to boil and cook until reduced by one quarter. Pour thru a fine mesh sieve over a bowl to strain out the solids. Discard solids and return liquid to the pan.

Whisk in glucomannan and let sit 10 minutes to thicken. Whisk in more  glucomannan for thicker gravy.
