Keto Pecan Pie

This keto pecan pie is the gooey sugar-free dessert of your dreams! It’s easy to make and with only 2.9g net carbs, it fits perfectly into your keto diet.

• 1 keto pie crust • Butter • Swerve Brown • Bocha Sweet   (or allulose) • Vanilla or maple    extract • Salt • Eggs • Pecans

Prepare the pie crust and bake at 325F for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool while preparing the filling.

STEP 1:

In a large saucepan  melt butter with two sweeteners. Simmer until color darkens. Remove from heat and let it cool.

STEP 2:

Once syrup is cool, whisk in vanilla, salt and eggs until smooth and well combined.

STEP 3:

Place pecans in cooled crust and pour filling over it.

STEP 4:

Bake 45 minutes or until the filling is mostly set but middle still jiggles. Let pie cool completely before serving.
