Keto Stuffing with Sausage

With only 2.8g net carbs this delicious keto stuffing is going to be the star of your Thanksgiving table!

 INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Cheesy Skillet Bread • Spicy Italian sausage • Celery • Onion • Garlic • Sage • Chicken broth • Eggs • Heavy cream • Salt and pepper

This stuffing is made using my keto cheese bread as the base.

Cut bread into ½ inch cubes and spread on a large baking sheet. Bake at 200F for 2 to 3 hours, until well dried and crisp.

Sauté sausage until cooked through, breaking down the large chunks. Transfer to a large bowl.

Add  celery,  onion, garlic,  sage, salt, and  pepper to the  skillet and  sauté until  tender. Once done, transfer to bowl with sausage.

Add the cubed  bread to the  sausage  mixture. Toss to combine well.

Whisk together eggs, cream,  and broth. Pour over the mixture in the bowl and mix well.

Spread  mixture in a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes,  uncovered, until the top is crusty and browned.
