SNICKERDOODLE KETO MUG CAKE

This sugar-free snickerdoodle keto mug cake is perfect when you need a delicious dessert in a flash and only 3.7g net carbs!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Swerve Sweetener • Ground cinnamon • Almond flour • Coconut flour • Baking soda • Cream of tartar • Pinch salt • Egg • Melted butter  • Heavy whipping cream • Vanilla extract

In a small bowl, whisk together the sweetener and cinnamon. Set aside.

STEP 1:

In a medium bowl, whisk the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, cinnamon, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.

STEP 2:

Add egg, butter, whipping cream, and vanilla extract and stir until well combined. Add water, 1 teaspoon at a time until batter is just barely pourable.

STEP 3:

Divide half the batter between two mugs. Add half of the topping mixture. Top each mug with remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining topping.

STEP 4:

Cook in microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, until puffed and just cooked through. Let cool 5 minutes and serve with keto whipped cream.
