Sugar Free Marshmallows

You will love how easy it is to make sugar free marshmallows. These keto friendly treats are perfect in hot chocolate or simply on their own.

• Grassfed gelatin • Powdered Swerve     Sweetener • Bocha Sweet • Cream of tartar • Salt • Vanilla

Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment or waxed paper and lightly grease the paper.


Pour half the water into mixing bowl and sprinkle with the gelatin. Let stand while preparing the syrup.


Over medium heat, combine water, cream of tartar, salt and sweeteners. Bring to a boil and stir. Bring mixture to 237F to 240F. Remove from heat.


Turn mixer on low and slowly pour in the hot syrup. Add extract and turn mixer to medium high and beat until mixture is thickened and white, 5-15 minutes.


Quickly, pour the mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top. Let set for 4 to 6 hours, until the top is no longer tacky to the touch.


Flip out onto a cutting board and cut to desired size.


Dust with powdered sweetener, if desired. Let sit for a day uncovered, then store in a covered container.
