Delicious savory keto scones topped with everything bagel seasoning. Tender and grain-free, they pair perfectly with your favorite low carb soups, stews, and salads. They also make a fabulous keto breakfast or snack.
Preheat oven to 325F and line a large baking sheet with parchment or a silicone liner. Lightly grease the parchment or silicone mat.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir in the eggs and whipping cream, and mix until the dough comes together.
Gather the dough together and turn out onto the prepared baking sheet. Using lightly greasted hands, pat into a rough rectangle about 10 by 8 inches.
Use a sharp large knife to cut into 6 squares. Then cut each of those squares diagonally into two triangles. Gently lift the scones and distribute them around the pan.
Brush the tops with the melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Press lightly to adhere.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and just firm to the touch. Remove and let cool. Serve with your favourite soup or salad!

Poppy seeds
Sesame seeds
Dried garlic
Dried onion
Coarse salt
I usually do about 1 tablespoon of each of the seeds, then 1 1/2 teaspoons each of the garlic and onion. I like a fair bit of salt so I go for at least a teaspoon but you can go lighter if you like.
