Happy Holidays! Simplify your holiday shopping with this fun list of gift ideas. There’s something for everyone on your list, keto or not.
Many people think that the keto diet is restrictive, when nothing could be further from the truth. It’s a lifestyle that may seem limited from the outside, but once you start in on it, you realize that it’s opened up amazing possibilities.
And those of us on the keto diet aren’t any harder to buy gifts for than anyone else. Okay so we don’t want your sugar-laden cakes and cookies but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t plenty of healthier options, both edible and not edible.
I’ve been keeping a running list of all the things I think would make good holiday gifts for people in your life. Some of them are food, some of them are not food, all of them are things I’ve tried and loved, or have my eye on for myself!

Tasty Treats
These easy keto snacks and sweets are perfect stocking stuffers. Or you can put a few of them together in a keto-friendly gift-basket!
HighKey: I discovered HighKey Snacks about 6 years ago and loved their mini cookies. Since then, they’ve come up with all sorts of other treats, including pecan caramel clusters. But my top favorite of all time is the Ginger Spice Cookies. They are a must for the holiday season!
Good Sam Chocolate: Want a really good sugar-free chocolate that’s made with allulose? This is the stuff! It’s a little on the expensive side but it’s really excellent quality. They also make some really good roasted macadamia nuts.
Think Keto Bars: I have tried any number of pre-packaged keto protein bars, and these are the only ones that don’t spike my blood sugar and they taste great too.
Perfect Keto: I make no secret of my love for Perfect Keto Collagen. I use it daily in my coffee, and the salted caramel makes a perfect gift for any coffee lover. Use code ALLDAYIDREAM20 for 20% off any order.
Paleo Valley Grass-fed Beef Sticks: My all time favorite snack for traveling and hiking! These delicious beef and pork sticks are fermented as they are made so they are actually beneficial to your gut.
Keto Granola: I have a new favorite snack or breakfast. Love this Pumpkin Vanilla Granola from Nature’s Path. FYI, you can find it at Fred Meyer and other Kroger stores for less. I am only linking to Amazon so you see what product I mean!
Kitchen Stuff
I’ve been testing out lots of new kitchen products lately. I snapped some up during Amazon Prime Days and they’ve all been great purchases. A few top recommendations:
Smithey Ironware: Want to get something truly amazing for the special cook in your life? You must, MUST check out the gorgeous cookware from Smithey. I discovered them on a trip to Charleston, SC, and instantly fell in love. I treated myself to their carbon steel Farmhouse Skillet and it has become my go-to skillet. The hammered steel is stunning and it cooks like a dream!
Air Fryer: I love love love my air fryer from Instant Pot. This 10 quart version holds plenty of foods so I no longer have to work in batches to feed my family. Super easy to use and clean. You can even put the racks in the dishwasher.
Dash Mini Waffle Iron: The regular dash waffle iron makes only one waffle at a time, but this one makes 4! And it has overflow channels so your batter doesn’t go all over the counter. Perfect for making Keto Gingerbread Waffles.
Ninja Creami: I finally broke down and bought one of these fun machines when it was on sale. While I still love making traditional keto ice cream, this really is a great way to make frozen treats.
USA Pan Cheesecake Pan: My favorite brand of non-toxic non-stick cookware now has a cheesecake pan and it’s fabulous! Yes, it’s pricy but it will last you forever. I made my Keto Chocolate Cheesecake in it and it came out perfectly.
Keto Cookbooks: Any one of my cookbooks makes a fabulous gift for keto friends or family. The Ultimate Guide to Keto Baking is a best seller many times over. And Keto Soups and Stews is great for winter!
Beauty and Self Care
Give the gift of self-care with these wonderful ideas!
The Old Whaling Company Body Butter: This is the ultimate moisturizer for dry skin, and it’s not greasy at all. I discovered it originally at a boutique store here in Portland, but I visited their flagship store when I was in Charleston recently. I buy the little travel sizes for everybody’s stocking! My favorite is the Seaberry, but the Coastal Calm is lovely too. They also sell bath bombs, soup, candles, and gift sets.
Poppy and Pout Lip Care: I love this lip balm and keep some in every pocket and purse. It keeps my dry lips moisturized all year. And the sets with the scrub make a perfect easy gift. My favorite flavors are the coconut, sweet mint, and grapefruit. And this year they have some fun holiday flavors!
Zoya Color Lock Manicure Set: I’ve recently started to do my own nails at home, to keep them looking nice in videos and photos. Zoya is my favorite brand of natural nail polish, and their color lock set helps me keep it chip free for longer. I am getting this little set for both my daughters, plus a few fun colors.
Ilia Makeup Sets: I don’t wear a lot of makeup but I have finally found a wonderful all-natural line that improves my skin. It’s almost a pleasure to put this stuff on! I use the Super Serum Skin Tint and it helps even out my skin tone and gives me a dewy glow. They have some lovely gift sets for the holidays. A gift card would be a nice option as well.
Fashion Finds
I am no fashionista, by any means, and I buy most of my clothes second-hand from ThredUp. But when I find something special, I am willing to spend a little more. I always aim for quality, rather than quantity!
PAKA Apparel: I just discovered this Alpaca activewear and love it already. I purchased the Breathe Hoodie as a lightweight but warm layer for winter adventures. It’s beautifully made, sustainable, and supports alpaca farmers and weavers in Peru. I have yet to wear mine for anything seriously active, but apparently it’s also moisture-wicking and odor resistant. Score!
ORI London: I adore the sustainable bags and purses from this company. Originally designed for the wet weather of London, they look great, are extremely functional and durable, and are made from recycled materials. I own a backpack and a purse from them, and am planning on purchasing sling bags for my daughters for Christmas. I always get compliments on my purse!
Pacas Socks: Not to be confused with PAKA above, these are the best socks EVER. They are also made from alpaca wool, and they’re super cozy and come in fun styles and colors. I discovered them last year and now I am obsessed. I bought multiple packs to give away to all of my friends this holiday season. And they always have great sales around Black Friday.
The Foldie: I did a review of this excellent foldable and expandable tote bag last spring, and I’ve used it so much since then. It’s great for trips where you think you may bring a lot home with you, as you can fold it into a very small size and pack it. I like it so much that when they came out with a backpack, I promptly ordered that too! It’s on its way to me now.
And they have a fab Black Friday Sale right now, with 2 for 1 on their classic tote, plus 20% off! Grab one for yourself and one for a friend!
For the Home
Perfect for yourself, someone you love, or as a hostess gift!
Danica Studio: I have quite a few beautiful items from this wonderful Vancouver-based brand. They have fun designs for everything from coffee mugs and bowls to aprons and kitchen towels. I am currently eyeing this adorable lemon apron (I do NOT need anymore aprons!). I’ve even features some of their bowls in recipes like Zucchini Soup.
Thymes Frasier Fir Candles: Want your whole house to smell like the holidays? I adore these candles and buy several every year. I also gift them to friends and family. They come in multiple sizes and shapes.
Chilewich: I have been eyeing the durable rugs and mats from this brand for a while now. We have a small shag mat near our side door, but the colors and designs are so fabulous, I want more. They also make gorgeous placemats and table runners, among other things.
Sullivan’s Home Decor: I’ve got my eye on some of the lovely farmhouse vases and pitchers from Sullivans for my food photography. But the classic styles and lines couldn’t go amiss in any home! They carry some gorgeous seasonal decor as well.

I usually try to personalize the gifts as much as I can. Prior to Christmas I keep little folders on phone for Christmas gift ideas for various people and then I go back and look at it, then I order!
Jessie says
I love to give gifts that I know will be used. Things the person is into or loves. I also love your recipes and share with family and friends who are trying to make healthy changes.
Barb Trevitt says
Great gift ideas! I like to give a wine straw. It is kept in the freezer and you put it in the bottle. Kind of like a cooler pack but straw snapped to fit in the wine bottle. Wine goes through the “ice” on its way to the glass. Keeps the wine colder in the summertime.
Carolyn says
Cool idea!
Nancy Christensen says
Thank you for all of the ideas!

We always make a basket for my in-laws every year of new little pre-packaged treats from other countries (we go to World Market). We add little trinkets or things to do. It’s a nice gift that they can use during the winter months so Christmas is spread out further!
