In a large soup pot or dutch oven, brown the ground beef until mostly cooked through, breaking up clumps with a wooden spoon. Transfer to a bowl.
Heat the olive oil in the same pot and sauté the celery and onion until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and pepper flakes, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook another minute.
Add the green beans and zucchini, and toss to combine. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, until the vegetables being to soften.
Stir in the broth, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. Bring to a simmer. Add the cauliflower and cook until just becoming tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
Add the beef back into the pan and stir to combine. Cook another minute or two until everything is heated through.
Taste and adjust the seasonings to your liking.

Storage Information: Store the soup in a covered container in the fridge for up to 5 days. It can also be frozen for several months.
