Thanksgiving is 4 days away. And you know that that means? Ridiculous amounts of turkey leftovers cluttering up your fridge! I don’t think I’ve ever had a holiday where I am not left with huge amounts of turkey. No matter how small a turkey we get or how many people we have to dinner, there are just so many leftovers we find ourselves eating turkey for a week.
And getting really sick of it by the end. So it’s time to come up with some creative ways to use all that leftover turkey.
This easy turkey salad recipe just shot to the top of my list. It’s fresh and flavourful, and my whole family loved it. And it’s perfect wrapped up in the incredibly useful KBosh pizza crusts.

I know I’ve told you about these crusts before and I really think they are a spectacularly useful keto convenience food option. They have saved me on many an evening when I am stumped on what to feed my family. I just grab a few crusts from the freezer and whip up a quick keto pizza dinner.
But I’ve also found them incredibly useful for other recipes, like keto quesadillas. I plan to try them in a few other ways, including enchiladas and lasagna. Thus far, they’ve stood up to everything I’ve tried them in, which can’t be said for a lot of keto wraps and crusts.
Do yourself a favour and load up on the KBosh crusts. They are perfect for some easy meals during the holiday season. And they are carrying a limited time Pumpkin Zucchini Dessert Crust. Dessert crust? You bet. They are delicious with a little sweetened cream cheese as a holiday dessert idea.
