Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker. Sprinkle with the sweetener, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Pour the BBQ Sauce all over the chicken and add butter to the top of each breast.
Cover with the lid. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
Remove the chicken to a cutting board and shred with two forks. Stir the sauce to combine everything well.
Add the shredded chicken back into the pot and toss to coat. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
