I created this lovely low carb mousse recipe to celebrate a facelift. No, silly, not me! I haven’t had any work done. My face remains untouched, although not, perhaps, unblemished. Dessert is good. Dessert is very, very good. Dessert is my favourite part of the day. Perhaps that’s why I indulge in dessert frequently. At least once a day, sometimes several times a day. Dessert lifts my spirits and makes my day feel complete. I was always a sucker for dessert as it was, but now I eat it even more frequently. Sometimes for breakfast. And all in the name of my health. Because when it’s made without sugar or gluten, and has few carbs, it’s just as healthy for me as anything else. Okay, I could eat another serving of veggies instead of this Chocolate Mousse with Creme Anglais. Maybe that would be a touch healthier. I will give that some consideration…after I finish this second helping of dessert.
