Like others have stated, I like to begin my baking a day, or two, ahead. I agree with another commenter, I prefer most things a day, or two, after being baked…especially cheesecake. The beauty of your recipes is that they are delicious right away, which makes waiting a challenge…oh the difficulties that one must bear! Lol!
