 I am usually loudly voicing my love for all things dairy on this blog, but that doesn’t mean I don’t love dairy-free too. And I know many of my readers avoid dairy by choice or  by necessity, so I am often helping people adapt my recipes to suit their needs. I also happen to like experimenting and I’ve come up with some pretty delicious non-dairy desserts, if I do say so myself. In fact, sometimes I simply crave them. I mean…coconut whipped cream.     I love you! DF! I really feel soooooooooooo much better when I stay away from dairy, and now I can make my dessert and eat it too!

    Anyway, I digress. My doctor says I’m anemic and I know apricots are high in iron, so I’m going to pick out one of these recipes and replace the fruit with cooked apricots to make Apricot Whip, something I found in a very old cookbook called Tofu Cookery by Louise Hagler.

    Do you have a section for other recipes that are both gf and do? It’s a must for my body. Most recipes on regular keto call for both. Thank you, I now have lots of treats covered! Heavy cream and cheeses are the hardest ones.

      All of my recipes are gluten-free (except a very few from VERY early on in the blog).
