I like to make pies for Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving Eve!
I’m not a baker, I like quick desserts. The simpler the better. I spend enough time in the kitchen cooking and cleaning. But I’d love to try some keto desserts.
Hi Carolyn. I usually start my prepping a couple of days in advance with things that I can get cut up or mix together. Veggies and herbs and such. On baked goods like pumpkin pies and stuff, I usually make those a day in advance. Anything to just keep things less hectic that what it needs to be. I’m in my happy place in the kitchen and I just enjoy myself.
