The best keto bread recipes the internet has to offer. Check out these delicious and healthy low carb, grain-free bread recipes to help you stick to your healthy diet.

A collage of four keto bread recipes with the title in the center.

When you make a huge lifestyle change like going keto and grain-free, you often think you have to say goodbye to some of your old favourites. Pizza, burgers with buns, sandwiches, french toast.

Oh, goodbye bread, we are breaking up and I will miss you. We may never meet again! You’ve been such a tasty friend, but you aren’t good for me and so we must part ways. So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, good-bye. Parting is such sweet sorrow.

Yes, I am mixing my Sound of Music with my Shakespeare; why not pull out all the stops when saying goodbye to your beloved bread?

But what if I told you to quit your bellyaching, because you didn’t have to say goodbye to bread at all?

A collage of four keto bread recipes

Can you have bread on keto?

Astonishingly, bread does not have to be made with tons of carbs. There is a whole world out there of keto bread made with alternative flours and other healthy ingredients. Low carb, grain-free bread DOES exist and better yet, it’s actually good for you.

You won’t miss the old standby, because you’ll be too happy filling your gob with these amazing keto bread recipes. No need to bellyache when it’s keto friendly, because it’s delicious and it doesn’t hurt your belly. A win-win, I would say.

And if you’re looking for more great keto bread recipes, be sure to check out my latest cookbook, The Ultimate Guide to Keto Baking. I’ve even got a recipe for keto yeast bread in there!

Hi Carolyn, was wondering why I can’t find recipe for regular white bread? I just got your book. Has anyone used a bread machine for bread from your latest book? Thanks

HELP! All I have is instant yeast for the keto yeast bread in the book. Do I need to use a different amount? I received your book for Christmas and absolutely love it!

Simply put… you need to look for coconut flour bread. You can’t simply sub things in for almond flour. My bagels are all coconut flour.

It’s not my recipe and I don’t know that site at all, really. But I do have a few “cornbread” options… https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/2015/11/low-carb-sausage-jalapeno-skillet-cornbread.html And https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/2014/10/low-carb-cranberry-jalapeno-cornbread-muffins.html

If you just want plain old cornbread, leave out the things I added to mine. 🙂

I use Carb Manager to figure out macros for recipes. I found it a bit more accurate than my fitness pal. That said it can also vary if you use a different brand than used in a recipe.

I’d use my panini bread. It’s low and flat, not a loaf, but it works really well! https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/2013/01/brie-ham-and-green-apple-panini-low-carb-and-gluten-free.html

Great round-up of grain-free breads. I haven’t made any grain-free (just gluten-free) so I’m pinning these to try sometime! The cinnamon bread sounds great!
