Happy Turkey Day to all who celebrate. I am hosting a fun holiday giveaway so check it out!
As you rush around, putting the final touches on your feast today, I want you to take a moment to breathe. Just… breathe. Remember that holidays are about gathering together with family and friends. Connection, not perfection, is the goal here.
One thing I am thankful for is all of you. So many wonderful readers and fans who love my recipes and support my work. I couldn’t do this without you.
So to show my appreciation, I am putting together a box of fun keto goodies and baking supplies for one lucky winner!
A fabulous giveaway box!

- A bag of the old formula of Swerve Brown (I stocked up last year!)
- ChocZero goodies
- Keto chocolate chips
- Perfect Keto collagen

I’ve already started baking. I usually start around mid October and will freeze some things for later and others we eat right away.

I start Christmas baking the second week of December!

I usually start my holiday baking at Thanksgiving time and try to pace me baking schedule around my grandkids activities so they can participate as much as possible.

I absolutely love the baking posts! It’s so hard to come up with goodies that family can eat. Usually after one bite, they make a face and know that it’s a ‘keto’ recipe without all the sugar and flour they love but I can’t have. I rely on Carolyn to weed out the bad from the good so I don’t have to make two sets of food for my meals. Thank you ADIDAF !!

I’m not sure when or if I will even get any holiday baking done this year as I had major back surgery on 11/13. If I’m only able to make one thing though, I promise it will be you pecan pie cheesecake. I’ve never made or tasted a better cheesecake. It is just phenomenal. I purchased your keto baking cookbook and I’m waiting on delivery in the next day or two from Amazon Thank you Carolyn for all your hard work that results in the best recipes I’ve ever tasted…..keto/low carb/traditional full of sugar desserts. Yours are the best!!

I don’t do a lot of baking but will do some in the next week or two. I like to bake and freeze some treats in single servings.

I will be starting my holiday baking in the coming week. I haven’t decided what I’ll be baking, yet. I include cookies, sweet breads, pies, and of course, cinnamon rolls.

I almost always seem to leave my Christmas baking until a day or two before the Holiday! I think I bake best under pressure 🙂 Happy Holidays!

Thank you Carolyn for all your recipes. I start my holiday baking the middle of December and the Keto Pecan Turtle Bark is my latest favorite. Couldn’t do it without you!

I usually start December first. We celebrate Yuel (Winter Solstice) so I need to get things done by then. This Thanksgiving I didn’t do any home baking since it was just me and my husband. We bought an ice cream cake. I am looking forward to baking low carb treats this year. It has helped so much with me getting my A1c down. Thank you

This was our first keto Thanksgiving and I couldn’t have done it without your recipes. I bought your keto holidays ebook and made FIVE of your recipes: cranberry sauce, skillet bread which then became your keto stuffing, cauliflower mash, and pumpkin crunch cake. Literally everything was a huge hit! Thank you for everything you do.

Oops! Missed the topic on that earlier comment. I usually begin around December 8th!

I tend to do all my baking at the last minute. This year we are doing Christmas early and I’m counting on your Kentucky Butter Cake for the win! Last time I made it, even my non keto family members loved it!
