Happy Turkey Day to all who celebrate. I am hosting a fun holiday giveaway so check it out!
As you rush around, putting the final touches on your feast today, I want you to take a moment to breathe. Just… breathe. Remember that holidays are about gathering together with family and friends. Connection, not perfection, is the goal here.
One thing I am thankful for is all of you. So many wonderful readers and fans who love my recipes and support my work. I couldn’t do this without you.
So to show my appreciation, I am putting together a box of fun keto goodies and baking supplies for one lucky winner!
A fabulous giveaway box!

What a wonderful thing to do. I have found so many great recipes on your site and now in your holiday cookbook! I start planning my holiday dishes a week or two ahead of time, taking my time to find just the right ones. The day before I get all my ingredients out and make what I can so the holiday isn’t so rushed.

Thank you for all your wonderful recipes. I’ve made the rosemary walnuts and the cranberry sauce twice each from your holiday cookbook. Both recipes are a hit! Addictive!
I also used your turkey recipe from the cookbook for our Thanksgiving dinner today, and it was great!

I start my holiday baking about 3 weeks before the Christmas and freeze what I can, or for Thanksgiving, whatever day I have off closest to the holiday since it’s just pies.

I start my holiday baking in the summer when I can sugar free jams, jellies and pickles from fresh produce. I really ramp up after Thanksgiving.

I don’t do any baking for Holidays. Several years ago my daughter took over all the cooking. I just enjoy all my family and the holidays. I’m very blessed!

I started my holiday baking last week, with a day of detail planning and a whole day of shopping. On Monday I start cutting up my turkey to sous vide the legs, wings, and breasts. Also on Monday I roast the skin, neck and back until deep golden brown. Then I make up several quarts of delicious turkey broth with the roasted parts while the bagged up parts for sous vide are dry salt and herb brining until Wednesday night, when I place the legs and wings in the water bath. On Tuesday I bake your recipe of cranberry bread, plus a non-keto cranberry bread for the rest of the family. I also make your cranberry sauce, plus another keto cranberry relish, and a non-keto relish. I also make a huge pot of minestrone soup for the family and a pot of ketofied minestrone soup, both using the turkey broth I made the day before.
