Happy Turkey Day to all who celebrate. I am hosting a fun holiday giveaway so check it out!
As you rush around, putting the final touches on your feast today, I want you to take a moment to breathe. Just… breathe. Remember that holidays are about gathering together with family and friends. Connection, not perfection, is the goal here.
One thing I am thankful for is all of you. So many wonderful readers and fans who love my recipes and support my work. I couldn’t do this without you.
So to show my appreciation, I am putting together a box of fun keto goodies and baking supplies for one lucky winner!
A fabulous giveaway box!
I don’t know exactly everything that will be in it yet, because I need to raid my own pantry for some of these items. But I know it will have:
- A copy of The Ultimate Guide to Keto Baking
- Two bags of Lily’s candy coated chocolate pieces
- A bag of the old formula of Swerve Brown (I stocked up last year!)
- ChocZero goodies
- Keto chocolate chips
- Perfect Keto collagen
- Silicone muffin liners
- Silicone baking mat
- Mini Ateco offset spatula
- Silicone coated whisk
How to enter
Use the rafflecopter widget below to enter. If you are having trouble with it, try a different browser. And desktop seems to work better than mobile!
This giveaway is only open to US residents or people with a US address. I am sorry, friends, but I am paying for this myself and international shipping is prohibitively expensive!
Good luck to all and have a wonderful holiday!

I made 3 of your desserts today and they were all a hit! Cranberry pistachio white chocolate fudge, mini pumpkin cheesecakes bites and the pecan pie bars. Unbelievably yummy! Even non gluten and sugar free peeps loved them!
I also made your sugar free cranberry sauce and used the leftover sweetened condensed milk in my coffee. Amazingly decadent. Thank you!!!

This year I started baking in September and froze the treats so I could pull them out as needed. It’s always so hectic in November and December, I think I’ll do it this way again next year.

I start my baking tomorrow. I have baked for years and share with many of my friends, neighbors and relatives as well as giving to the veterans.

Carolyn … You are always coming up with endearing ways to show your appreciation to the people that are so THANKFUL for your incredible culinary wizardry! You actually inspire me to bake and that has always been my downfall in kitchen. My birthday present to myself this year was actually one of your Cookbooks and I’m loving it. Happy Thanksgiving to all the Americans celebrating this week whether at home or abroad. Like you I am Canadian so I am already busy making my holiday goodies and thinking about Christmas dinner. I can’t imagine having 2 such big occasions so close together. Must be exhausting!

I start my holiday baking the first weekend of December. Mostly cookies.

I start baking a few days before the holidays because if I do it too far in advance there’s nothing left. Your delicious baked goods get eaten as fast as I can bake them.
