    I love keto and I think of it as a way of life not a diet. I do struggle at holidays and with a husband that can’t have coconut and struggles with almond flour it is even more challenging to have things that work for us both.

    My comfort food is pasta – preferably in a rich meat-heavy sauce with a warm garlic flavor. And, garlic bread, always.

  9. Now that winter is officially here, roasted tomato soup (with a grilled cheese chaffle) and chicken chili are my go to comfort foods. Experimenting to find a good keto sourdough to go with the chili.

    Soups are my main comfort food because you can make soup out of so many different foods! Soup is good in the winter to warm you up and in the summer as something light to eat!
