Oh man…so many good comfort foods but I’d have to say a hearty soup or stew is definitely soul food!
chocolate is my comfort food 😉
I’ve made several of your recipes (mostly desserts) but your keto comfort food recipes sound amazing and perfect for getting started on New Year’s resolutions!
I love your recipes! I have your Keto Kitchen cookbook. I really appreciate that you include information on how to swap out almond flour. We cannot use it in our household. The recipe on making our own sunflower seed flour is a game changer! Thank you!
Soup should be its own food group. I enjoy it year round (and I live in Florida)! My favorite comfort soup is beef and mushroom. I also enjoy cream soups as they keep me warm and full! I’ve enjoyed your cookbooks and hope to add this one to my collection.
Soup is a great comfort food! (Even better if it’s easy for me to make!) I especially love food cooked in a slow cooker, so it feels like morning me cooked dinner for evening me. 😉
Love your recipes. When are you going to offer a class?
Good luck to everyone whose entered the giveaway. My favorite comfort food during the winter time would have to be chicken and dumplings. I absolutely love how all the flavors just meld together and reminds me of home.

I’ve learned so much about new ways of cooking reading your recipes It hasn’t been easy to ‘walk away’ from the old ones I’ve had given to me by family and knowing my gift is cooking, my “love language.” (My Grandma owned a restaurant.) You have put those recipes out there which have been fntastic, thank you very much.
Love your recipes! They are a staple in our house. Thank you!
I can’t tell you how many of your recipes I have tried. I really appreciate all your advise and tips!
There are so many good comfort foods! kielbasa with cabbage is a frequent meal in our home. We also enjoy one bowl dishes like soups, chowder, chili, and Filipino Pancit. Happy New Year!
I love creamy things for comfort food—cheesy sausage casserole, creamy cheese cake.
