This crisp and refreshing sugar-free cocktail may just become your new favorite keto libation. Also be sure to check out my giveaway for Keto Happy Hour!
I am a girl who loves a good cocktail. Preferably something crisp and tart and not too sweet. Too many cocktails are ruined by being overly sweet, and now that I am on a keto diet, my taste for sweetness is diminished.
Now, many people eschew all alcohol on a keto diet and that’s great if that’s how you want to do it. But we all approach keto from different places and for different reasons and for me, a fun drink at the end of a long week is relaxing and rewarding. And apparently I am not alone, the way Keto Happy Hour by Kyndra Holley is flying off the shelves. It just released this past week and it’s #2 in Wine and #3 in Cocktails and Mixed Drinks on Amazon.
Kyndra is my girl. We have “known” each other for going on 6 years now, when we both worked on a collaborative low carb cookbook that shall remain nameless. It was kind of a disaster, truth be told, and the folks spearheading it were controlling and a little, um, nuts. So we walked through that fire together and came out the other side, both relatively unscathed and professionally soaring to greater and greater heights. But we’ve always stayed in contact and cheered each other on and I am truly grateful for her support. And happy to support her in return.
We finally got to meet recently when she was out on her book tour and I can attest that she’s just as delightful in person as she’s always been online. And she knows her stuff when it comes to cocktails, which means we were destined to become friends. This is a girl you want to hang out with over libations, believe me.
This is such a fun book with so many great recipes, and it’s a one-of-a-kind in the keto world. There is simply nothing like it. I have had such fun thumbing through it and last night my husband and I treated ourselves to some keto French 75 cocktails. I chose that one because it’s easy, it’s delicious, and I had already had the ingredients. Gin, lemon juice, champagne and a little sweetener – I almost always have those ingredients in my house!
If you love cocktails and want more sugar-free, keto cocktail ideas, Keto Happy Hour is the book for you. Right now it’s only $13 on Amazon so head on over and order it.
But I am also giving you the opportunity to win one, right now!

Carolyn, thank you for the opportunity of winning this book! I’ve been looking for more cocktail recipes. I normally enjoy drinking wine, low carb margaritas or rum with Diet Coke. Time to try something new.
Love your recipes!
Looks amazing! Whiskey Sour is my cocktail of choice…or maybe a Long Island iced tea!
My favorite cocktail is a French 75 so I was super excited to see it here!
Smith & Kerns is my favorite alcoholic beverage.
Mojitos are my favorite.
It would be great to have this book, I like a lot of different cocktails but nothing too strong. I made champagne cocktail this past holiday using swerve sweetner.
I love a good French 75, and I’m excited to try this one. Anything not-too-sweet, tart, and herbal is right up my alley.
Oh, a frozen pink limeade daquiri takes me waaaaaaaay back in time and will always have a special place in my heart. As a grown-up woman, I preferred gin and tonics; and now entering old age, I like St. Germaine and tonic. But when I travel, I try everything!
Thanks for the review of “Keto Happy Hour”. Sounds like a great book to add to my Keto cookbook library.
My favorite drink is a Colorado bulldog. I can’t wait to be able to buy
