Life is busy right now and I am having trouble keeping up. I am writing a new cookbook, juggling my website and social media, and seeing the school year wrap up. I have one child graduating from middle school and another headed into senior year and doing college prep and campus tours!

But I always always post 3 times per week: Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. This has been my schedule for years and years. And I like to be your faithful, reliable keto recipe creator at all times.

While I do have a number of recipes waiting in the wings, I am struggling to keep up. So… let’s have a giveaway instead!

A collage of 6 images for keto cookies.

Everything you need for keto cookies!

Here’s the deal. A reader recently suggested I do a giveaway for all the ingredients for a recipe of choice. I thought that sounded like fun but it could get a little crazy with my extensive recipe archives. So I figured I would focus it a bit more with a recipe theme.

This time, the theme is Keto Cookies. Because everybody likes cookies, right?

I will send the winner all of the keto ingredients they need to make one of my cookie recipes. This will include things like the flours, the sweeteners, the extracts, the chocolate chips or other inclusions.

It will NOT include fresh ingredients like butter and eggs. Because those just don’t travel all that well.

And there’s more! It will ALSO include some of the bakeware and baking tools I use to make the cookies. Thing like my favorite cookie sheet and silicone mats. Or the cookie cutters, if you choose a cut-out cookie. Or a cast iron pan, should you choose a skillet cookie. You get the idea…

Some fun examples:

Just to get the party started, let’s look at a few fun recipes you might choose.

You could always choose a classic, like the ever popular Keto Cowboy Cookies. In which case, you would receive all of the ingredients in the recipe, minus the butter and eggs. You would also get 2 cookie sheets and 2 silicone mats.

Or you could choose the Keto Brownie Cookies, so that your package would include some collagen and keto sprinkles.

Or maybe you want to get a jump on your holiday baking, so that you pick the Keto Sugar Cookies or the Keto Gingerbread Cookies. Your package would include the cookie cutters too.

Sounds like fun, right?

The Rules

I have to limit this one to US residents only, because of the cost of shipping. I am so sorry, folks. If you are Canadian but have a place you can have things sent to in the US, feel free to enter!

Must be 18 years of age or older.

If you don’t see the RafflePress Giveaway Widget below, please try to use a desktop browser. For some reason, it doesn’t show up for everyone on mobile browsers.

Good luck!

  1. I think I would choose the Keto Linzer Cookies.

  2. Gingerbread is my simple favorite raw or cooked. yes I eat it raw, I have my own chickens so not worried about raw eggs-even though I’m a chocolate girl at heart, I have to make the choc chips, since all the store bought keto ones have sunflower lecithin and my tummy can’t handle it. I do love your choc chip cookies, and occasionally take the time to make the choc. chips with your recipe.

Well it’s not easy picking just one! Probably the one I make most often is the “Oatmeal” chocolate chip cookie. When I take them to social gatherings, I call them coconut chocolate chip cookies.

My favorite would be Nanaimo bars. Do they qualify as cookies? But my next favorite would be speculoos.

I love Cowboy cookies. I am a firm believer in the philosophy of “the more stuff in the cookie the better” and these are wonderful … especially if I add a little crunch, like pretzel bits.
