Make your salad sing with this collection of delicious keto salad dressings! Whether you prefer tangy, sweet, or spicy, these dressings will have you craving low carb salads all summer long. To your health!
I eat salad for lunch almost every day. So you could say that I am something of a dressing connoisseur. I’ve tested out any number of store-bought options, and created multiple keto dressing recipes myself.
I firmly believe that salad should be part of any healthy diet. But sometimes it can get a little boring eating large bowls of raw vegetables. Dressings add flavor and variety to an otherwise ho-hum meal. Mind you, we also need to be a bit choosy for our salad toppers, as they can add unnecessary sugars and carbs.
I figured I am not alone here in my love of salad. So I put put together a collection of the best keto salad dressings to make it easier for all of us. Now go make yourself a big keto-friendly salad and enjoy!
Keto Salad Dressings Recipes
It’s incredibly easy to make salad dressing at home, and it’s usually less expensive as well. The only issue is the that they sometimes contain perishable ingredients and won’t last as long as the store-bought versions.
But if you know you can use them up in a few days, then making your own can be extra delicious. Just be sure to choose the healthiest ingredients for an added nutritional boost. I lean toward avocado oil, walnut oil, and apple cider vinegar. Some good avocado oil mayo is great for creamy dressings!

Store-bought Options
The trick to finding good store-bought keto salad dressing is: Read. The. Label.
Not everything that calls itself keto is truly healthy or keto-friendly. I poked around a bit, checking out many keto salad dressing brands and quite a few of them contained soybean or canola oil. Or even maltodextrin!
Here are a few of my faves:
- Sesame Ginger from Primal Kitchen
- Dreamy Italian from Primal Kitchen
- Greek Vinaigrette from Primal Kitchen
- Habanero Ranch from Tessamae’s
- Apple Cider Vinaigrette from Chosen Foods
- Garlic Gold Lemon Vinaigrette
- Avocado Lime Dressing
- Champagne Vinaigrette

Any chance the jalapeño avocado ranch dressing would freeze? Not sure if we’ll go through it in a week
