Happy Mother’s Day! Whether you are a mother, have a mother, or know a mother, it’s the perfect day to celebrate women and all the wonderful ways they make our lives better.

As a mother of three, I can tell you just how important coffee is to my life… and my sanity. Helping prop me up after sleepless nights with a newborn, giving me a little more energy to run around with my toddlers, offering me an afternoon pick-me-up when I needed to help teenagers with their homework. Coffee has been there for me every step of the way.
I’ve always loved coffee in all its forms – as a comforting hot beverage or a frosty Keto Frappuccino. Or baked into treats like Keto Tiramisu. So I thought it would be fun to host a giveaway for some of my favorite coffee paraphernalia.
Coffee Lover’s Prize Pack
I drink black coffee in the morning, and I don’t like any cream or sweetener. But later in the day, I make myself a frothy little concoction that I call a Salted Caramel Cappuccino. It takes 2 shots of espresso topped with a foamy mixture of vanilla nut milk, heavy cream, and caramel collagen.
It’s my happy place. So I thought I would offer YOU the opportunity to win the ingredients and tools for making your own! The only things not included are the coffee and the cream! This prize pack includes…
- Aeroccino Frother – I use mine daily… makes the best frothed milk!
- Nut Pods Creamer – I like the vanilla for my keto cappuccino.
- Perfect Keto Salted Caramel Collagen – I usually use slightly less than a full scoop, but it is magic in my coffee!
- Danica Studio mug – These are my favorite coffee mugs (I have several). They have a good heft in my hand, they hold my daily cappuccino perfectly, and the shape is lovely and nice to sip from.
- Mug warmer – I drink my coffee quickly enough not to need this, but my late husband loved his! He could sip as slowly as he liked.

I have been enjoying your recipes for close to two years. Thank you for bringing joy and good food into my house.
Thank you for all the luscious recipes! I am making the Thai chicken recipe today sans tamari and fish oil, because my local store doesn’t care them, apparently! I hope it will work!
And this house loves its coffee. While I am relegated to one bulletproof cup per day, hubby has coffee at breakfast, then a mocha around nine, and lastly, a frosty with cacao and coffee and fruit! He didn’t drink coffee before he met me, 37 years ago!!
I love my coffee and your recipes. Thank you so much for your recipes! Easy to follow recipes with very delicious results.
l love looking at your recipies. I have been following your cooking tips since 2018.
I love coffee anything, and would love to win this! Thank you for all you do…been following you for a long time!
I LOVE coffee! It is warm, comforting and oh so magical! It wakes me up in the morning, it warms me up in the early morning and it soothes my tummy. How do I like my coffee? Warm not too hot, sipping peacefully by myself, with MCT oil, heavy cream and and sweetener. Every day is a good day if it starts and finishes with coffee!
This giveaway is awesome! I drink at least 16oz of coffee daily. Most days it’s closer to 40oz. Morning, noon, and night, all things coffee!
I love your cinnamon roll coffee cake. It is my go to recipe for brunch entertaining. My friends who are not Keto dieters will request it. I make it simple by not adding the cream cheese frosting. I find it doesn’t even need it! I also add a little bit of Fiori di Sicilia to the batter for my own little twist. This is the website I consult often for low carb cooking- especially baking.
I use so many of your recipes! And, of course I love coffee! Thanks for all that you do.
Carolyn, you are a Godsend. You make it possible to enjoy my favorite foods without all the carbs and junk in store-bought food. Please keep doing your magic.
I love coffee! I’ve graduated from common store coffee to very specific brands, brew strength and origin favorites . Your coffee recipes sound delicious! I can’t wait to try each one of them. Thank you for being a coffee lover too 🙂
Love Carolyn Ketchen’s recipes and cookbooks. I’ve tried several muffin recipes, and some dinner recipes. All come out wonderful. I highly recommend her cookbooks and her website.
I love coffee as well!
Made the German chocolate pie for Mother’s day so I wouldn’t be tempted to eat sugary dessert when we went out to eat. Super delicious!!
I really love your Keto recipes. I have made some . This rhubarb recipe looks amazing. Thank you so much for all your recipes. Karla
You have the best recipes of all the keto bloggers. I have many of them and some are my favorite. I used to make the snickerdoodle mug cake all the time until I just had it too many times and had to give myself a break, but it’s still my favorite because it is so easy to make and tastes like the real thing, like a cake, but it is the healthy version for something sweet. You do a great job and I know you must have some hard days when thinking about your loss. Thank you for what you do.
