Oh my! My favorite comfort food is probably a toss up between Beef Stroganoff and Pot Roast, neither on my Keto lifestyle. Noodles not allowed, and my pot roast always had plenty of potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery. Only the celery is approved! I do miss those dishes. Thank you for your recipes Carolyn.
