I am unbelievably excited to announce that my new low carb ketogenic cookbook is out for pre-sale! 150+ deliciously healthy low carb and high fat recipes.
Yeah, so this happened…
I have been sort of hinting at this recently, dancing around the subject, unable to give you the full details. But now I can announce it loud and clear and I am so wild with excitement. I’ve finally done it! After years of readers asking me (dare I say bugging me???) to write a low carb cookbook, I am so proud to say that I have a REAL cookbook coming out in Fall 2017. And it’s up for pre-sale on Amazon right now!
I won’t lie, writing a cookbook was never my endgame. I love writing my blog and sharing my best low carb keto recipes with you right away. But then the folks at Victory Belt came along and wooed me and it just seemed like the right time and the right project. They let me have much of the say and control over the contents of the book, guiding me in the right direction for making it the best it can be. Which means it’s full of some of my best work, all presented in the same clear and concise manner you’ve come to rely on. I am really proud of this project and I know you will love it.
Inside you will find:
150+ mouthwatering Low Carb High Fat recipes for everyday cooking and baking
Full colour photographs of every recipe
Stocking your low carb pantry
Step-by-step instructions
Tips and best practices for cooking and baking
My best guidance for ketogenic diet success
And about those recipes… while a few of them are your favourites from All Day I Dream About Food, most of them are brand new. Which means I’ve been doing double duty over the past year, creating twice as many delicious low carb recipes for you. I can hardly wait for you to see the new ones! Things like:
Cannoli Tart
Mexican Shredded Beef
Baked Denver Omelet
Fried Goat Cheese Salad
Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies
Creamy Spinach & Mushroom Gratin
New York Style Cheesecake
And so, SO much more. I have recipes that fit every dietary restriction, as well as suggested swaps and substitutions, so whether you are dairy-free or nut-free, you will be sure to find dishes that suit your needs.

Love the cookbook. Use it everyday. But, I’m not sure – on the nutritional information are the carbs listed there “net carbs” or just total carbs?
Carolyn says
Total carbs. It walks you through this very thing in the front of the book.

I ordered your cookbook to help as I prepare meals for my husband who is diabetic, and my mother who has cancer. I searched through many similar cookbooks. I chose yours because each recipe included a photo, and because the recipes spanned from kitchen standards (dressings, sauces, rubs, etc.) all the way through to desserts. I just received it this week and have tried four of the recipes already. They have all been amazing!! Our family doesn’t feel restricted in the least as we take this journey together. THANK YOU!!

Oh Sarah, I am so glad to hear it!
