Okay, I did it. I finally did it! A keto cookbook with 45 small batch recipes. No more tempting leftovers calling your name, causing you to overindulge. Because this little ebook has built in portion control.

It’s the perfect cookbook for those who live alone or as a couple, or anyone who is doing keto by themselves. Because you deserve meals and treats without the fuss of making a huge recipe.

I’ve been teasing you about this one for a while, like last week when I posted my Keto Banana Pudding for Two (yes, that’s in the book!).

And it’s on sale for Mother’s Day for only $4.99!

I’m excited… are you?

Creating small batch keto recipes

I won’t lie, this book took me far longer than I imagined it would. I actually started working on the recipes almost a year ago. But then 2020 happened and, well, you know...

For some unknown reason, I thought it would be fun for me to do ALL the work, start to finish. Recipe creation, photography, graphic design, editing, proof-reading, etc.

And it was fun, but it was also a lot of heavy lifting. Phew, I am tired!

The lure of mini keto recipes kept me plugging away, week after week. There is just something so appealing about mini cakes and other mini recipes. I actually had so many ideas, it was hard to pare them down!

What you get in this book:

  • 45 small batch recipes that have only 2 to 4 servings
  • Recipes include breakfast, dinner, and dessert – heavy on the desserts because I love dessert but also because those are often the hardest recipes to scale down to size.
  • BRAND NEW CONTENT! I included only 5 recipes that also live here on the blog, so 40 of these recipes are never before seen.
  • Fan favourites scaled down to size: I chose some of my most popular recipes to make mini versions, like my Keto Italian Cream Cake, and my famous Keto Taco Pie.
  • Full colour photos for each recipe.
  • Full nutritional analysis for each recipe.
  • My best tips for small batch cooking and baking
  • Easy PDF download so you can use it anyway you wish!

So whether you live alone or just like the appeal of mini keto recipes, this is the book for you.

Hope you love it, because I loved writing it!

One last note: Since I did all the editing myself, please let me know if you see any errors. That way, I can address them and re-upload the file as needed. Thank you!

Couldn’t find the book on Amazon!

    1. It’s not on Amazon. It’s an e-book. Click the link I provided.

Hi Carolyn, the book is wonderful. Love the photography! I’m looking forward to making the caramel tart this weekend. I have spotted one typo- in the Death by Chocolate Ice Cream, Direction 1 and Direction 2 are partially duplicated.

  3. May I ask a question about a recipe here? The Instant Pot Pulled Pork recipe doesn’t say what size IP. I have a 6-quart IP. Is it OK to do it in that? Also, 40 minutes at high pressure seems long for 1-inch chunks of meat. Is that time correct?

Thanks for doing this cookbook. I’ve found LOTS of recipes I want to try.

    1. Yep, I have the 6 qt too, and that’s how I did mine.

    1. It depends on your phone and the settings you use. It often goes to files or downloads. If you have the confirmation email, you can simply use that link again and re-download.

  6. I bought your ebook but can’t find a way to download it. Please help.

    1. Please email me with the receipt at carolyn@alldayidreamaboutfood.com – this happened to about 20% of the people, and the hosting company fixed the issue but I need them to resend your email to you.

    Hi Carolyn!
Just an FYI that the Vanilla is missing from the ingredients list for the German Chocolate Cake.
(You asked us to let you know if we found any errors.????)

  8. I ordered your ebook this morning because I LOVE your cookbooks. However, I did not receive the ebook link. I emailed you my receipt. Please help.
    Thank you!

    1. I got ya… hang tight. The person who was helping me this morning seems to be gone for the day. I sent him a final list of emails but he may not get to it until tomorrow.

  9. Bought your book and downloaded it with no problem. All you do is so appreciated. Thank you Caroline

  11. Bertha Rivas says:

Can you get a hard copy? I love all your recipes!

    1. No, sorry, it’s just available as a PDF.

      1. If you’ll decide to edit this in a hard copy, you’ll make many of your followers happy, it would also be a nice and surely appreciated gift idea for upcoming Christmas…

  12. I just ordered this and took a quick look at all the wonderful, enticing recipes. This will easily be my bible, since I’m the only keto eater in my family. Now, to decide between the French toast and doughnuts. Oh, the delicious agony…

  13. Angela Stone Cantu says:

I know you’ve already replied to my email when I replied to it, but I didn’t get a link on my purchase email… Thanks.

    1. They should have sent a new one to you… did you get it?

  14. MIchael Krupar says:

I must admit that because I’m a Keto Pescetarian, I tend to want to really examine any cookbooks before buying them because for a lot of times, it’s all about the beef, chicken, pork, lamb, etc. But, because this is Carolyn’s from All Day I Dream About Food, I bought it sight unseen, and I’m ecstatic. There is so much in here that cooking for one or two has become exciting again. Thanks Carolyn.

    1. There is some chicken, pork, beef, etc… but 3 fish recipes too and most of the breakfasts, and ALL of the desserts don’t contain those items. Glad you are happy with it!

  15. Jenny Young says:

Can you get a hard copy?

    1. No, this is just a PDF eBook.

    2. I’m looking forward to find this new cookbook in hard copy too, having all the others and loving Carolyn’s recipes but not ebooks… let’s wait and hope that maybe one day we’ll see this book for real 😉

      1. Very excited for this cookbook! I too am interested in hardbound. Maybe in the future for us who love our cookbook collections and want to sit flipping through without a computer. Maybe its the pandemic life talking but there’s something about ffipping through a book that is so relaxing. Thought with your higher ed experience, maybe a local college has a printshop and customers seeking this could pay printing costs and support a college? (I’m in Washington and teqch in higher ed and community colleges are going to see drastic cuts and I’d love to help support these important programs)

  16. Beverly J. Bolich says:

I love your recipes and thought I was signed up on your website and blog, but did not get an email for this book. Hopefully this comment will get me on your list. Thank you so much for coming up with these fabulous recipes for us!

  17. Jennifer Davis says:

Hi Alldayidreamaboutfood. The email didn’t have a download button or a receipt. I know it’s an oversight! Thanks for addressing the issue! Hugs

  18. Helen Cote says:

I did not receive the pdf at the end of my confirmation email?

  19. There was no link at the bottom of the email that I got thanking me for my purchase.

        1. Gerrie Johnnic says:

I did ewceive this amazing book, yummy! thanks

    1. Me too! I was wondering how to get into them.

  20. I’ve been hoping for ages that you’d come out with a small batch cookbook, so I am SUPER excited! Can’t wait to try the recipes 🙂
