Keto coffee recipes! You want ’em and I’ve got ’em. Seriously the best low carb coffee treats the internet has to offer. From beverages to ice cream to brownies, all amazingly delicious with a kick of caffeine.
Keto and coffee go together like peanut butter and jelly!
Raise your hand if you are a diehard coffee lover like me. And by diehard, I mean you think you would literally die without your coffee. You love everything about it. The smell of it, the warmth of it, the unique taste of it.
And not only do you love keto coffee drinks, but you love coffee flavored treats too. You love it in ice cream, in cookies, in brownies. There is just something about coffee that inspires utter devotion.
It isn’t even necessarily about the caffeine. I mean, yes, we all love that rush of energy as the coffee enters our bloodstream. But when it comes to putting coffee into keto desserts or baked goods, it’s the flavor that delights. The way it can bring out and intensify chocolate, or enhance creamy desserts like tiramisu.
Coffee is delightful. And ever since the advent of bulletproof coffee, people have realized how perfectly it can go with a keto diet.
Keto Coffee on the Go!
I love lots of different coffee, from my black coffee in the morning to my creamy keto cappuccinos in the afternoon. But right now I am obsessed with this Keto Instant Coffee from Perfect Keto.
It’s simply organic coffee with some MCT Oil and some flavoring, but it’s surprisingly rich and creamy. I will be the first to admit it’s pricy, but it’s great when you are on the go and need something to tide you over. I have started stashing them in my purse. All I need is a cup of hot water and I am good to go!

I survive back to school one by not having children yet. Haha. Actually, I work full time and I’m in an 8 year(!) training program a few evenings each week. I make it work by prepping all of my lunch and dinner for the week on Sundays.
Carolyn says
8 years! What are you training for???
Pan says
Psychoanalysis. I’m a therapist and this is to specialize further. It’s 4 years full time, 8 years part time. The good news is that I love it so it doesn’t feel like work, although I would love to have more sleep!

I LOVE back to school time! In my previous life (before kids) I was a science teacher in a public school. Now, I homeschool my four kiddos and love every minute of it (after my coffee of course). Everyone knows not to talk to momma until after I’ve had my coffee. ๐

I don’t have any school age children left at home, but the back to school frenzy is something you don’t forget. I would take my daughter on shopping trips as soon as possible, sometimes in July, for the best prices and selection. Even then, some of those trips were frantic! Mostly though, as first day approached, and I started to feel frazzled, I would just have another cup of coffee. Ha!

I homeschooling, so we survive back to school by easing into it over a week or two. We work on getting everyone back into the rhythm of full school days after a summer of field trips and a more laid back schedule. I’ll be starting the day with coffee and shift my exercise and shower time to mid-afternoon, when the big kids are reading or doing other quiet activities and the little ones are napping. That gives me a few extra minutes of quiet to prepare before the kids get up.
Pam says
