I am seriously considering purchasing a spiral binding machine to bind together your many “Recipe Collections” like this one in book form. I bought all of your cookbooks in spiral (except the Protein one as it didn’t offer spiral bound) because they are the cookbooks I use many times daily and spiral is easiest to use. And even though I prefer hard copy cookbooks, I did get 2 of your Ebooks and will bind them as well. Your recipes never fail if used correctly, and even though I much prefer allulose and Bocha Sweet to erythritol, I try to use it if it is absolutely necessary. (I’m not buying the hype on erythritol, it’s just a preference for the BS or A.)
Thank you again for all the work you do in bringing these great and successful recipes to your readers.
Actually, since making so many of your recipes, I have lost almost 20# when I didn’t loose 1# when trying to make it on my own doing keto for almost 20 years previously.
Thank you so much! I am glad you find my recipes and cookbooks helpful!
