    First – I love your site!
    You make the transition to eating right so much easier.
    I wanted to share my new idea for the original green bean casserole.
    My daughter and I really like creamy sauces and I recently learned to blend up tofu to start off many recipes. Ranch dressing works great with tofu.
    Anyway, I had made a cream of mushroom soup with tofu and with leftovers I added green beans and delivered almonds. Baked it up and oh my, I’ll never eat the original recipe again.
